Job summary

Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. is seeking a Site Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects remotely in the US-CA region.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, an active CA license, 2-5 years of construction site experience, and strong MS Office skills. This position is non-exempt and remote with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
• Active CA Class B General Contractor or Class C-61/D-34 license required.
• 2–5 years of construction site experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project and Site Manager in resolving construction issues.
• Coordinate site meetings, define agendas, and prepare minutes.
• Review schedules, procedures, and safety reports from subcontractors.
• Maintain safety standards and monitor productivity on site.
• Liaise with Owner and Government officials regarding the project.
• Provide knowledge of local means and methods and heavy equipment installation.
• Communicate with Trade Labor Unions representatives on and off site.
