Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of on-site project delivery across US sites. You will direct civil, mechanical erection, and commissioning activities while coordinating resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

The role may be dedicated to a site or rotate night shifts with the day-shift lead site manager. Responsibilities include leading site teams, ensuring safety and quality, and managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years hydro/generation experience
• Alternate: high school diploma + 10+ years supervisory hydro experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities including civil, mechanical erection, and commissioning
• Direct site team and manage schedule, quality, and cost
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project contracts
• Travel up to 90% as required
• Manage staffing and performance development
