Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a proactive Site Manager to oversee on-site project delivery, including safety, quality and milestones. You will direct civil, mechanical erection and commissioning while coordinating with a lead project manager during day and night shifts. Travel up to 90% is required across U.S.

sites. Ideal candidates bring engineering credentials, 7+ years hydro/generation supervisory experience, and strong leadership plus MS Office proficiency to ensure timely, safe, and profitable project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years hydro/generation supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel up to 90% and manage multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of on-site project delivery, including civil/mechanical work.
• Direct site activities, manage resources, schedules and safety standards.
• Lead site team, monitor cost/quality and coordinate with project leader.
