Job summary

WCG is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Site Engagement & Insights program, overseeing survey design, fielding, and client readouts across a global network. You will collaborate with multiple business units to translate site insights into product and service improvements.

You will manage end-to-end survey lifecycle, maintain data quality, and build trusted relationships with investigators and site leadership while supporting cross-business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with focus on site engagement or related sponsor/CRO/site-facing roles.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
• Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of the CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program.
• Coordinate with CenterWatch Forum participants and facilitate design kickoff, review discussions, and readouts.
• Design and develop survey instruments with Benchmarking & Analytics; optimize attributes to preserve insights.
• Plan survey distribution, fielding, sampling, multi-language deployment, and respondent panels.
• Analyze survey results with analysts and translate findings into actionable client insights.
• Develop benchmark reports and client deliverables with region/country/role analyses.
