Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist (Hungarian speaker) to manage contract processes for sponsor-dedicated studies in a home-based role. You will coordinate protocol-related documents, negotiate budgets, and produce site-specific contracts for industry-sponsored trials.

The role requires strong contracts experience, CRO/pharma industry knowledge, and fluency in Hungarian, with English and French communications. Remote collaboration with global teams is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High level of contracts management experience.
• Experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry essential.
• Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and legal and contracting parameters.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial start-up processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Administers all contract management processes, including coordination with protocol, informed consent, institution, investigator, vendor, consultant, and customer agreements.
• May lead multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for industry-sponsored trials.
• Produces site-specific contracts from country templates and supports submissions for proposed contracts and budgets.
• Negotiates budgets and contracts with sites via Site Contracts Service Centre and SSUL until resolution of issues.
• Performs quality control and archives CTAs; captures metadata in repositories.
• Reviews contracts for completeness and accuracy and ensures corrections are documented.
• Supports business development and represents site contracts at internal or customer meetings.
• Keeps project milestones and timelines updated and tracks contract issues.
• Trains and mentors junior staff; updates SOPs/WIs and training materials.
• Communicates status of contracts to internal and external teams; prepares correspondence as needed.
