Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (L/L) for a home-based role in Hungary.

The position oversees Phase 1 trials, collaborates with investigators and client teams, and manages logistics, budgets, and timelines across regions, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity. The role requires leadership, international experience, and strong communication skills; occasional travel up to 20% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Preferred experience with risk-based monitoring.
• Understanding of clinical trial management financial principles and budget management.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Mansioni

• Coordinate development, coordination, and implementation of Phase 1 clinical studies at the organization's facilities.
• Collaborates with the principal investigator and client teams; plans logistics and resource usage.
• Tracks study progress against milestones, client deliverables, and budget; ensures global/regional compliance.
• Oversees study team performance and communicates with investigators and site staff.
• Maintains CTMS, dashboards, and other systems; ensures data integrity and traceability.
• Provides training to study teams on protocol specifics, CRF completion, and timelines.
• Escalates risks to project management and proposes mitigations.
