Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Contracts and Site Services Lead to manage camp services, transportation contracts, and related site works for our Alaska operations. You will supervise the site administration team and ensure high-quality service delivery while controlling costs.

The role requires prior contract and project management experience on remote sites, strong data analysis and stakeholder communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple contractors and internal teams

Formación

• Contract and project management experience in mining or remote site settings.
• Strong data analysis and ability to present context to stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site services contracts (camp services, transportation) and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Lead audits, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site teams to optimize camp services and maintain cost efficiency.
• Chair project initiatives (community events, site visits) and support General Manager.
