Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Contracts and Site Services Lead in Delta Junction, AK. This full-time role manages site services contracts, camp services, and related contractor activities to provide a high-quality on-site experience for employees while controlling costs.

You will supervise the administrative team, coordinate bid processes, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. A strong background in project management and logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract and project management in remote mine sites.
• Ability to lead, supervise and train administrative teams.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills for site services.
• Excellent document editing, formatting and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and database systems (INX, Pronto).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site services contracts and camp services.
• Lead administration team and provide mentoring and training.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service levels.
• Coordinate bid processes and contract documentation.
• Prepare and review site service contracts and POs.
