Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Site Contracts Lead to negotiate clinical study agreements (CTA) and budgets, coordinating with a global team to finalize language and attachments. You will guide budget and contract issues, mentor staff, and align CTA strategy with study start-up goals.

Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential. Role involves occasional travel up to 25% and interaction with sponsors, sites and internal teams.

Formación

• BS degree in life sciences or equivalent required.
• Extensive CRO/pharma industry experience and clinical trial expertise.
• Excellent presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Outlook and Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate CTAs at study level and finalize execution with global team.
• Ensure CTA negotiations comply with sponsor and company requirements.
• Provide escalation support for budget and contract issues.
• Mentor staff on SOPs, processes, tools and templates.
• Prepare site contractual templates and payment terms.
• Lead negotiations strategy and timelines for assigned studies.
