Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research
• 2+ years’ experience with negotiation and contracts
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FCPA) a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements
• Provide support for confidentiality agreements and informed consent forms
• Participate in development of site/investigator budgets aligned with fair market value
• Manage the contract amendment lifecycle
• Escalate issues and provide recommendations to improve processes and reduce cycle time
