Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a regulated pharma/healthcare environment or related field.
• Experience developing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts and site budgets.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial budgeting and FMV principles.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute clinical trial agreements.
• Maintain contract documentation and systems to support compliance.
• Develop and review clinical trial site budgets ensuring FMV-aligned costs.
• Analyze cost drivers to estimate budgets and negotiation parameters.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Site Fee Framework.
• Set up and submit payments for clinical trial grants.
• Monitor budget and trial metrics for financial performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and study teams.
• Represent processes in local and global working groups.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives for budget operations.
• Stay informed on industry standards and market trends.
• Provide timely, professional responses to requests.
