Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to support investigator sites from startup through activation and ongoing delivery. You will engage with sites, manage start-up activities, and drive recruitment and operational success while safeguarding patient safety across studies.

The role requires deep knowledge of site management, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 75% to support multiple sites. You will work closely with SOM/GSM and country teams to optimize site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or RN required.
• 5+ years of experience as a site monitor, oncology focus.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience from site enrollment through study activation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into site recommendations using country and site data.
• Support PTA and site activation processes to meet timelines.
• Coordinate ICD/PPI review and SIV activities as applicable.
• Ensure site readiness for FSFV and recruitment milestones.
• Maintain ongoing site communications and issue resolution with vendors and sites.
• Collaborate with regulatory/clinical ops partners to meet country requirements.
