Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to support oncology investigation sites, driving startup, activation, and ongoing operational success. You will act as the main client contact at sites, ensuring readiness for First Subject First Visit and ongoing study delivery across multiple sites in the US.

The role requires 5+ years of site monitoring experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a site monitor, specifically Oncology monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in start up activities through to site activation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into site recommendations via intimate understanding of country and region, sites, processes and practices, and associated site performance metrics.
• Supports processes to optimize country and site selection activities including review and assessment of the draft potential site list and provide PTA output for site selection.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of assigned protocols.
• Conducts study start up activities at the site level including PTA, coordination of site activation checklist items, ICD finalization, SIV, and management of issues that may impact activation.
• Ensures all site initiation activities are completed including training per activation checklist, and collects necessary documentation and systems needed.
• Supports country specific ICD review and deployment when applicable.
• Ensures follow up activities post PTA and SIV to ensure site readiness for FSFV.
• Partners with site monitor to ensure site monitoring readiness and escalation of issues.
• Accountable for site recruitment planning and delivery and ensuring progress on recruitment issues.
