Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to serve as the primary client contact for investigative sites across US locations. You will support site start-up, activation, recruitment, and ongoing operations to ensure study timelines and quality are met.

This role requires collaboration with study teams, regulators, and vendors, with travel up to 75%. A Bachelor’s degree or nursing background is required along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a site monitor; specifically Oncology monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in start up activities through to site activation and conduct/closeout.
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries.

Responsibilities

• Acts as operational point of contact for site questions and escalates as needed.
• Reviews site monitoring reports and supports ICD revisions/submissions.
• Maintains site communications to gather status updates and drive study delivery.
