Job summary

Parexel in the United States seeks a Site Care Partner who serves as the face of the client at investigator sites, ensuring support, issue resolution, and high-quality study delivery from start-up through activation and beyond.

You will manage site relationships, coordinate start-up activities such as PTA, SIV, ICD finalization, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment timelines and data readiness, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a site monitor; Oncology monitoring.
• Experience in start up activities through site activation and conduct/closeout.
• Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in applicable countries.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into site recommendations using country/region knowledge and site performance metrics.
• Supports SOM/GSM to define local requirements for import/export of investigational products and supplies.
• Deploys site strategies by qualifying and activating assigned sites.
• Assists with PTA and site activation checklists to ensure timely activation.
• Maintains knowledge of assigned protocols and supports ICD review and deployment.
