Job summary

PAREXEL is seeking an experienced Site Care Partner to support investigator sites across the US, ensuring timely activation and ongoing engagement. You will manage start-up tasks, enrollment pacing, and site performance while maintaining strong relationships with investigators and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of site initiation processes, regulatory compliance, and the ability to travel frequently to ensure study delivery and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nursing credential required.
• Experience in oncology site monitoring and start-up activities preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and timelines with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational contact for site-level questions and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Review site monitoring reports and assist with ICD revisions and submissions.
• Coordinate site activation activities (PTA, SIV, ICD finalization) and training.
• Support country-specific regulatory reviews and site readiness for FSFV.
• Maintain regular communication with investigators and site staff to drive study goals.
