Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and manager across all trial phases, building strong site relationships and ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Expect substantial travel (approximately 65-75%) domestically and internationally, with potential remote work options.

Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, at least 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, and fluent English with excellent communication

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong emphasis in science and/or biology.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience with ICH-GCPs and site audits/inspections.

Responsibilities

Acts as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships across all phases.
Performs site monitoring activities ensuring data quality and patient safety.
Maintains regulatory documentation in Clinical Trial Management System and electronic Trial Master File.
