Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in signal integrity or high-speed digital systems.
• Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment such as VNAs and TDRs.
• Proficiency with SI simulation/analysis software (HFSS, CST, ADS, HSPICE, MATLAB).
• Strong understanding of PCB design and electromagnetic theory.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of high-speed interconnect solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform signal integrity modeling, simulation, validation, and troubleshooting for connectors and cable systems.
• Develop testing methodologies and verification processes for new product introductions.
• Design and evaluate PCBs and test fixtures for electrical characterization and product validation.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and engineering to deliver solutions for high-speed transmission challenges.
