Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to support high-speed interconnects and data transmission throughout the product lifecycle. This full-time position allows remote work within the United States, with travel as needed, collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities include SI issue investigation, test strategy development, and root-cause analysis across concept to production. Bachelor's in EE required; 3+ years SI experience and SI tools proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of SI engineering or related electrical disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with SerDes, channel analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support customer system development from concept to production.
• Develop validation and test strategies for new products.
• Investigate SI issues through data analysis and root cause identification.
• Review manufacturing/test results to determine failure mechanisms and corrective actions.
• Design and improve high-speed test platforms, boards, and measurement systems.
• Apply SI and transmission line principles to product development and production.
