Piper Companies is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to sit onsite in Harrisburg, PA, in a fast‑growing high‑speed connectivity and electronics environment.

You will develop, test, and optimize interconnect solutions for AI infrastructure, data centers, and networking equipment, collaborating with engineers and customers from concept through production.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in SI, PCB design, and measurement tools, with hands‑on experience advancing high‑speed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in signal integrity or high-speed digital systems.
• Experience with test/measurement equipment (VNA, TDR, pattern generators).

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of high-speed interconnect solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Perform signal integrity modeling, simulation, validation, and troubleshooting for connectors and cables.
• Develop testing methodologies and verification processes for new product introductions.
• Design and evaluate PCBs and test fixtures for electrical characterization.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal engineering to address high-speed transmission challenges.
