Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients with daily management and operations of vacation rentals.

The role requires hands-on experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, and PMS tools (Guesty/Hostaway), plus strong guest communication, maintenance coordination, and listing management.

This fully remote position offers growth opportunities and the chance to manage multiple properties from home, aligned with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in STR property management or vacation rental operations.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Experience using Guesty, Hostaway, or similar systems.
• Strong guest relations, reservation management, and property operations.
• Experience coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple properties remotely with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of STR properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms.
• Handle guest communication, inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, and concerns.
• Manage reservations, calendars, and listing updates across platforms.
• Use Guesty or Hostaway to streamline daily operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers between stays.
• Maintain property records and owner reporting; communicate updates.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards before check-in.
