Job summary

Figure 8 PM is a full-service property management company seeking a positive, motivated, full-time Property Manager to oversee both long- and short-term rentals. The role is remote-enabled but requires on-site visits and weekend hours.

Responsibilities include building relationships with tenants and vendors, managing leases, rent collection, and coordinating turnover for Airbnbs, with on-call duties for emergencies. Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience preferred.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills with diverse clientele, vendors, guests, and tenants.
• Experience with Google Drive and Appfolio preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus.
• Comfortable managing time independently and as a self-starter.
• Own reliable smartphone and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, and vendors through regular communication.
• Organize and maintain digital and manual files for all properties.
• Process rental applications, draft and enforce leases, schedule rent increases, and create notices.
• Inspect properties, take photos, recommend improvements, and handle on-site visits as needed.
• Coordinate unit turnover with leasing agents and manage short-term rentals (Airbnbs).
• Assist with rent collection, service requests, and general data entry.
• Manage guest inquiries and booking calendars on short-term rental platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of rentals to guests in pristine condition.
• Be on call for after-hours emergency calls and emails.
