Job summary

Follett Higher Education in the United States is seeking a Shopify Transitions Specialist to support the transition, optimization, and ongoing operations of the Shopify platform across our campus stores. This remote role combines product management, platform support, issue resolution, and enablement to meet business needs and deliver a consistent user and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in retail store systems, product management, business analysis or retail technology.
• Shopify implementation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail POS and store order fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage issues and tickets through resolution using JIRA and Slack.
• Update stakeholders on status, risks, and next steps.
• Create and update process documentation and training materials.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions with Learning and Development for Shopify enhancements.
• Document issues, root causes, resolutions, and process updates.
• Identify recurring trends and implement long-term corrective actions.
