Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Shopify Transitions Specialist to support the platform’s transition, optimization, and ongoing operations. The role blends product management, platform support, issue resolution, and operational enablement to ensure a consistent user and customer experience.

Responsibilities include issue resolution, ticket management via JIRA/Slack, collaboration with PMs, and training teams to enable successful adoption of new Shopify enhancements and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication throughout the organization.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in fast-paced retail environments.
• Experience with retail store systems or product management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Shopify platform transitions, optimization, and operations.
• Track, prioritize, and manage issues and tickets through resolution.
• Collaborate with PMs, Training, and Learning & Development to enable adoption.
• Create and maintain training materials and process documentation.
