Job summary

Crazy Shirts seeks a Senior Manager, Ecommerce & Digital Growth to own the storefront, drive revenue, and optimize the customer journey end-to-end. You will lead CRO experiments, AI-driven discovery, and merchandising across the Shopify platform, partnering with Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, Analytics, and IT to execute launches and promotions.

The role requires 7+ years in ecommerce/digital growth, strong analytics, and hands-on Shopify experience to improve revenue, conversion, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in ecommerce, digital growth or digital merchandising roles.
• Hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus storefront management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce revenue, conversion, and overall website experience.
• Lead Shopify storefront, CRO testing, and AI-driven product discovery.
• Plan promotions, launches, and merchandising with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Merchandising, Buying, and IT.
