Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Analyst for a large-scale Content Modernization initiative, migrating legacy systems to SharePoint Online. You will design, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions to improve collaboration, content management, and business processes across the organization.

This fully remote, multi-year transformation role emphasizes governance, migration, and integration with Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong stakeholder collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Translate functional needs into technical configurations and scalable designs.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational goals.
• Design and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Develop information architecture with metadata and content types.
• Optimize usability, navigation, and search functionality.
• Lead migration of content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Implement governance policies for data integrity and compliance.
• Provide training and support to end users to improve adoption.
