Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing SharePoint, Microsoft 365, forms, workflows, document-management, and collaboration environments.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, and requirements traceability.
• Experience supporting enterprise migration, modernization, or business-transformation projects.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder-facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of current business processes, SharePoint sites, forms, workflows, integrations, permissions, and data sources.
• Capture current-state and future-state workflows, business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix linking requirements to design, testing, and acceptance evidence.
• Identify active, inactive, obsolete, redundant, and retirement-candidate functionality for GDOT review and approval.
• Support validation of inventory findings, material variances, dependencies, technical limitations, and data-quality risks.
• Work with GDOT SMEs and technical teams to clarify requirements and document decisions.
• Support UAT planning, test-case development, defect triage, and acceptance activities.
• Help define training, documentation, and operational-handoff requirements.
