Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and migration.
• Extensive design/build/deploy experience for complex SharePoint Online solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Experience migrating complex on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online features, security, and governance.
• Experience with Azure Entra ID and migration tools.
• Experience with custom applications in migration contexts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead rebuilding of complex custom team sites in SharePoint Online with modern experiences.
• Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions to create dynamic interfaces.
• Automate workflows with Power Automate to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into SharePoint Online solutions.
• Ensure new solutions follow performance, security, and maintainability best practices.
• Assess on-premises environment and develop a detailed migration plan.
• Migrate content, lists, libraries, pages, and workflows to SharePoint Online.
• Validate migrations and document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide user training and post-migration support.
