Job summary

Pivotal Consulting in Seattle, WA is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to help clients optimize SharePoint Online implementations and drive successful project delivery.

You will balance business analysis and project management tasks, produce BRDs and FSDs, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications, and support change management. A strong background in SharePoint, Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on project management experience with formal PM frameworks.
• SME in Agile and/or Waterfall methods.
• Proven ability to create project plans, forecasts, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Weekly status reports and client syncs; manage budgets and escalate risks.
• Define and document business requirements; produce BRD and FSD artefacts.
• Lead functional design sessions and process flows with SMEs.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and change management activities.
