• Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, preferably with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange
• Strong governance and service-support experience
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, and communicate them clearly

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SharePoint as a key area of responsibility, including sites, permissions, content structures, lifecycle activities, governance practices, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and related productivity tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and recommend practical technology or process improvements.
• Coordinate SharePoint improvements, migrations, site changes, intranet updates, and other Digital Workplace initiatives.
• Apply established governance standards and contribute to improvements in SharePoint administration, documentation, processes, and support practices.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues and coordinate resolution across teams when needed.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 changes and assess potential impacts to users, business processes, support practices, and existing solutions.
• Organize and prioritize multiple support requests, improvement efforts, stakeholder needs, and project responsibilities.
• Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, risks, and changes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain documentation, support guidance, standards, and knowledge resources.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to peers and support partners as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in employee experience, service reliability, governance, and support.
