Job summary

CRM Force is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Lead Developer for a 12-month contract to work on a premier US healthcare engagement. The role focuses on data integration, customer journey automation, and cross-cloud data activation within strict HIPAA/compliance guidelines.

The candidate will architect and implement Data Cloud ingestions, identity resolution, and activate data to SFMC and downstream channels, while collaborating with solution architects and functional consultants

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• 2+ years with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations (CDP).
• Experience with core Salesforce ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Strong SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integration skills.
• Healthcare data familiarity and HIPAA/PHI awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy SFMC and Data Cloud solutions for a US healthcare client.
• Design data ingestion, modeling, and activation workflows across platforms.
• Build complex customer journeys, automations, and data integrations.
