Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and deliver multi-cloud CRM solutions, with a strong focus on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations. You will bridge Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to create unified customer journeys across channels.

Lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team, guide data strategy, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation, and ensure scalable, secure architectures that align with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Salesforce ecosystem, architect or senior engineer level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SFMC components: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Cross‑Cloud integrations linking SFMC with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with data ingestion, mapping, unification, and activation in Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end‑to‑end multi‑cloud implementation bridging Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines and identity resolution for omnichannel campaigns.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Provide architecture guidance to projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead hybrid onshore/offshore teams and ensure security and performance.
• Conduct code/design reviews for AMPScript, SQL, and Automation Studio workflows.
