CRM Force is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Lead Developer for a 12-month contract to work on a premier US healthcare engagement. The role focuses on data integration, customer journey automation, and cross-cloud data activation within strict HIPAA/compliance guidelines.

The candidate will architect and implement Data Cloud ingestions, identity resolution, and activate data to SFMC and downstream channels, while collaborating with solution architects and functional consultants

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• 2+ years with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations (CDP).
• Experience with core Salesforce ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Strong SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integration skills.
• Healthcare data familiarity and HIPAA/PHI awareness is preferred.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) + Data Cloud Lead Developer to join our consulting team on a 12-month engagement for a premier US healthcare client.
In this senior technical development role, you will be responsible for executing complex data integrations, building automated customer journeys, and implementing Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions based on functional design specifications. You will bridge technical requirements across healthcare data ecosystems and personalized, compliant patient/member engagement strategies.

Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation & Development

• Data Ingestion & Modeling: Execute the setup of Salesforce Data Cloud, configuring robust Data Streams from upstream sources (Snowflake, AWS, MuleSoft, Salesforce CRM, and healthcare data feeds).
• Identity Resolution & Segmentation: Configure Customer 360 identity resolution rules and custom calculated insights to unify patient and member profiles in accordance with compliance guidelines.
• Activation & Data Flow: Implement activations and automated data transfers from Data Cloud into SFMC and other downstream execution channels.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Development

• Advanced Scripting & Custom Development: Write complex AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML/CSS to build dynamic, personalized emails, CloudPages, and interactive web forms.
• Automation & Journeys: Build enterprise-level Journey Builder campaigns and complex Automation Studio workflows using SQL queries, API calls, and data extracts.
• Multi-Cloud Data Integration: Leverage Marketing Cloud Connect (MC Connector) to synchronize data between Salesforce Core environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud) and SFMC. Manage subscriber data architectures with a thorough understanding of Contact Key, Subscriber Key, and data extensions.
• Custom API Integrations: Build custom REST/SOAP API integrations between SFMC, Data Cloud, core Salesforce platforms, and external third-party systems.

Technical Execution and Delivery

• Architectural Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to translate architectural designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Testing & Deployment: Execute unit testing, debugging, and deployment of SFMC and Data Cloud components.
• Compliance & Security: Maintain strict adherence to healthcare data security standards, HIPAA regulations, and enterprise data governance policies.

Required Qualifications

• Location & Authorization: Must be based in the United States or Canada with full legal work authorization without requiring present or future sponsorship.
• Marketing Cloud Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands‑on technical development experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across standard modules (Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, MobileStudio, CloudPages).
• Data Cloud Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on technical development experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP), including Data Ingestion, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Activation.
• Salesforce Core Ecosystem Understanding: Solid understanding of Salesforce Core data structures (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud) and data models, with proven hands‑on experience using Marketing Cloud Connect (MC Connector), including proper alignment and management of Contact Key and Subscriber Key.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data transformation and querying within SFMC and Data Cloud; expert-level AMPscript and Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS); hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks.
• Healthcare / Compliance Knowledge: Prior experience working with healthcare data or under HIPAA/PHI regulatory frameworks is strongly preferred.
