Job summary

Ateeca Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Remote Services to drive and coordinate planning, initiation, development, and execution of Remote Services and related engineering initiatives in the power sector.

This role reports on portfolio performance to leadership and maintains technical and commercial relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program management, with PMP being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. 5+ years in power generation program management.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret business materials; write reports; present to groups.
• Strong mathematical and financial analysis skills (ROI, NPV).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM activities for Remote Services and related initiatives.
• Lead engineers in roadmapping for Controls and Tuning Service Engineering.
• Coordinate information with Sales; prepare cost sheets and BOMs.
• Create annual budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, R&D) and track allocations.
• Prepare project portfolio reports including financials and progress.
• Organize resources for development and implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate meetings; participate in marketing initiatives.
