Job summary

IS International in Orlando, FL is seeking a Program Manager, Remote Services to drive planning, initiation, development and execution of Remote Services and related Controls and Tuning Service Engineering initiatives. You will coordinate program portfolios and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.

The role requires leading engineering experts to build product and service roadmaps, coordinating information with Sales, tendering, scope of supply,

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS and 5+ years in power generation program management.
• PM certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-project portfolios and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program mgmt activities for Remote Services and Simulation products.
• Lead engineering teams to develop roadmaps for products and services.
• Prepare budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, R&D) and manage financials for the portfolio.
• Produce regular portfolio reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and support marketing and customer presentations.
• Travel ~25% as needed.
