Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Trainer to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen ServiceNow capabilities across the organization and client teams. You will collaborate with Global Training, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to build a strong talent pipeline and enable successful ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, training, or enablement programs.
• Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training in corporate, consulting, or technology environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in at least two ServiceNow product areas.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and role-based ServiceNow training programs for internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve learning content, including materials, labs, job aids, exercises, and certification resources.
• Partner with Global Training to align regional learning strategies with business priorities and capability goals.
• Mentor and enable trainers, consultants, and team members to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Assess learner progress, provide coaching, and support readiness for certifications and project assignments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams to keep content aligned with platform capabilities and best practices.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and contribute to training innovation and capability development.
• Track certification readiness and support ongoing learning initiatives across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.
