Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences across internal teams, partners, and clients. You will collaborate with the Academy for ServiceNow to build a strong talent pipeline for successful implementations.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow training, CSA, and CIS certifications, plus strong presentation and mentoring skills. Remote US-based work with enterprise training responsibilities and ongoing certification support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering ServiceNow training or enablement programs.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training sessions in corporate, consulting, or tech environments.
• CSA certification is required.
• CIS certifications in at least two ServiceNow product areas are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and role-based ServiceNow training programs for internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Design, develop, and improve learning content, including labs, job aids, exercises, and certification prep resources.
• Partner with Global Training to align regional strategies with business priorities.
• Mentor trainers, consultants, and team members to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Assess learner progress and coach for certification readiness and project assignments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to reflect current ServiceNow capabilities and market trends.
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to training innovation and capability development.
• Track certification readiness and support ongoing learning initiatives across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.
