Job summary

Aptive Resources LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to drive enhancements, integrations, and analytics for the VA EHRM program. Remote position with Eastern Time business hours, collaborating with government leads, developers, and analytics teams.

You will translate needs into functional designs, manage requirements, and lead delivery from planning to deployment, adoption, and support. Strong ServiceNow and Agile delivery experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise IT delivery and project leadership.
• 3+ years supporting ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical project delivery for ServiceNow enhancements, integrations, and reporting.
• Maintain roadmaps, plans, risks, and dependency logs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate APIs, data models, and platform changes with architects.
• Guide low-code/no-code configurations and governance.
• Ensure testing, release readiness, and adoption milestones.
