Qualifications

8+ years in data analysis, governance, and reporting with federal healthcare exposure.
Hands-on ServiceNow development experience (CSA/CAD preferred).
Proven Power Apps and Power Automate skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
Familiarity with Purview and Collibra data governance tools.

Responsibilities

ServiceNow development of custom apps and workflows for VHA data integration and issue resolution.
Create Power Apps solutions and integrate with VHA systems to improve data collection and reporting.
Analyze data with advanced models and present insights to managers.
Leverage VHA systems knowledge (CDW, VistA, VSSC, RAMP, PTF/MedSAS, MCA, PCMM, NPCD, VETSNET) to inform analytics.
Monitor data pipelines across RMA, ServiceNow, and Power Apps; surface anomalies.
Define and operationalize data quality rules and KPIs; publish results in governance tools.
Lead data stewardship with end-to-end lineage and metadata management; ensure compliance.
Validate Tableau and Power BI dashboards for accuracy and accessibility per 508.
