Job summary

Galaxy i Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Solution Lead for a remote, long-term contract. You will drive end-to-end SPM implementations, partnering with PMOs, business leaders, and enterprise architects to design, configure, and scale ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires CIS-SPM certification and a proven track record of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementations, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
• Deep PMO, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, SAFe knowledge.
• Experience in data migration, platform upgrades, and enterprise deployments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SPM implementations across Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management.
• Architect and build scalable solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Design integrations with third-party systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP) using IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Build analytics, real-time dashboards, and reporting for executive visibility of portfolio health and resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to map requirements to ServiceNow features and minimize custom code.
