Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to drive platform innovation and digital transformation.

You will also oversee change requests, deployment planning, and production readiness while providing technical leadership to the delivery team and guiding Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Technical Consultant.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog).
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs, Notifications, Update Sets, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly demand backlog meetings and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Present designs, recommendations, and architectural decisions to governance boards.
