Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting critical business operations and digital transformation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams; mentor engineers; drive Agile practices; and ensure production readiness across backlogs, changes, and deployments. This remote role requires deep ITSM expertise and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect or lead technical consultant.
• Deep ITSM knowledge including Incident, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Strong experience presenting to governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Proven Agile delivery leadership and backlog management.
• Experience leading distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog meetings and prioritize initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Present designs and architecture decisions to governance boards.
• Manage change requests, release planning and deployment readiness.
• Provide hands-on ServiceNow development and mentoring.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
