Computacenter’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence invites you to join as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, shaping customer strategy and unlocking Now Platform value. You’ll work across Managed and Professional Services, translating needs into compelling solutions through discovery, demos and storytelling.

You’ll partner with Sales and delivery teams to drive opportunities from early engagement to project initiation, delivering high-quality pre-sales activity and credible proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ServiceNow in a pre‑sales or solution consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ability to articulate business value through customer conversations and demos.
• Excellent teamwork to collaborate across virtual teams.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing engagement.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and bid teams in qualifying ServiceNow needs across MSP and Professional Services.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses aligning with Computacenter standards.
• Engage global customers to identify opportunities for value using the Now Platform.
• Deliver standard and tailored ServiceNow demonstrations with script scenarios.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Centre of Excellence consultants to share knowledge.
• Understand business and technical challenges addressed by ServiceNow solutions.
• Share Computacenter’s experiences to demonstrate credibility and expertise.
• Work with partner pre‑sales teams to maintain consistent solution approaches.
