Job summary

Crossfuze is recruiting a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform who will be able to demonstrate the value of ServiceNow as it relates to specific needs of customers and prospects.

Once the value has been communicated, you will need to collaborate with customers to scope out their initiative and recommend a solution to move forward leveraging our Crossfuze Delivery team as needed to craft the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or pre-sales experience.
• 7+ years of functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
• Strong technical capabilities to envision and architect complex software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ServiceNow SME to provide business and solutions consultancy to customers and prospects.
• Attend customer meetings with Account Executives for pre-sales support and product demos.
• Demonstrate ITSM and 6 other platform applications to prospects/customers.
• Gather requirements and design a technical solution scoped for successful delivery.
• Provide cost estimates for time and resources.
• Collaborate with Crossfuze, ServiceNow, and customers to position services and ensure smooth delivery.
