Peek IT Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive ServiceNow initiatives across ITSM, HRSD, SPM and CSM. You will elicit requirements, manage the backlog, and align business stakeholders with the platform team in an Agile setting.

You will facilitate workshops, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support UAT with test scenarios and defect tracking, ensuring smooth go-live and comprehensive training materials.

Qualifikationen

• 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years working directly with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's data model, workflows and core modules.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar for requirements management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Elicit, document and validate requirements for ServiceNow initiatives across ITSM, HRSD, SPM and CSM.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and JAD sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and the ServiceNow development and configuration team.
• Analyze current-state processes and propose future-state improvements that leverage platform capabilities.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features in an Agile environment.
• Support UAT by defining test scenarios and tracking defects to resolution.
• Produce BRDs, solution design documents and process maps, and develop training materials to support change management at go-live.
