Job summary
Holman is seeking a Business Analyst to lead discovery sessions, gather and validate requirements for ServiceNow enhancements, and document processes across IT and operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with business goals.
You will work with Product Owners, architects, and development teams in an Agile environment, maintaining backlog items in Azure DevOps and ensuring quality through SIT/UAT and deployment readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience leading discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for IT/Dev projects.
- Familiarity with process mapping, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
