Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced ServiceNow tester to join a remote-capable role focused on validating live functionality, regression testing, and UAT support. You will work with business SMEs to document at-risk areas and drive quality across deployments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow administration, test-case writing, defect management, and a proactive approach to automation (ATF). Strong ITSM knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and executing test cases in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and vulnerabilities management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document live functionality at risk with SMEs.
• Write regression test cases and obtain SME sign-off before deployment.
• Execute regression suite before every sprint deployment, during UAT and go-live.
• Investigate failures, identify root cause and raise defects with the supplier.
• Maintain and grow the regression suite and hand over to TSG at end.
• Provide input into SIT and UAT scripts and support SMEs during UAT execution.
