Job summary

LTS is seeking a ServiceNow QA Analyst to support VA program delivery, testing, release coordination, platform operations, and governance across the software development lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to execute testing, track defects, coordinate releases, and publish release notes for platform deployments.

Remote in the United States with eligibility considerations for U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of QA, testing, platform operations, release management, or related IT discipline.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise platform environments.
• Strong test planning, execution, defect management and SDLC knowledge.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and release coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers across the lifecycle.
• Support the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) usage.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and documentation.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; coordinate releases.
• Publish release notes and track deployment activities; support governance and reporting.
