Job summary

LTS is seeking a ServiceNow QA Analyst to support testing, release coordination, and governance for a VA program. The role focuses on ensuring quality across the software delivery lifecycle and coordinating with cross‑functional teams for timely, high‑quality platform releases.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in QA or testing, hands‑on ServiceNow experience, and strong organizational skills for Agile delivery. Remote work within the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years without degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs and stakeholders to review requirements and ensure testability.
• Support the ServiceNow ATF and maintain test plans, data, and documentation.
