General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Principal to transform technology for government projects and advance your engineering career.

You will design, build, customize ITSM applications, create scripts, integrate systems, perform administrative tasks, tailor user interfaces and workflows, and provide end-user support. This remote role requires US citizenship and a ServiceNow CSA certification; competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST/SOAP and other systems.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create custom scripts including Business Rules and Script Includes.
• Connect ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP.
• Perform administrative tasks like user/role management and health checks.
• Design UI forms and workflows to meet business needs.
• Lead reports, dashboards, and data analysis products.
